I've seen this a lot recently on all kinds of social pages and... well... if a bra feels that uncomfortable, the sad and simple truth is that the size is wrong, period.
An estimated 80% of women wearing brassiere wears the wrong size, which is not only (usually) uncomfortable, but has other undesired side-effects, both visual (well-fit bra can enhance figure, ill-fit can make the wearer appear a few sizes larger as it cuts into flesh or can have negative influence on how breasts look) and health-related (back pain, head pain, stomach pain!).
To sum things up, if you are uncomfortable in your bra, get a proper size, you owe it to yourself!
